Keep your notifications tailored to what matters most to you. Head to your Profile Settings and navigate to the Notifications section. From here, you can select the updates you’d like to receive:

Get notified when someone follows you, so you can build meaningful connections.
Comments
Receive an email whenever someone comments on your project or entry, keeping you in the conversation.
Collaborators
Get notified when someone adds you as a collaborator on a project or contest entry.
Your Activity Stream
For real-time updates, click the bell icon next to your avatar in the top menu. This takes you to your personal Activity Stream (/notifications), where you’ll find:
- New followers, likes, and comments on your projects
- Updates about your projects and entries
- Timestamps and direct links to keep you organised
This is the perfect way to catch up on everything happening in your Rookies world.
Stay Connected via Email
We rely on email to deliver essential updates, personal invitations, and important notifications. To ensure you never miss important updates, add @therookies.co to your email’s safe sender list. Here’s a quick guide:
- Add us to your contacts: Simply save @therookies.co as a trusted contact in your email account.
- Mark emails as “Not Spam”: If our emails land in your spam/junk folder, move them to your inbox and mark them as Not Spam.
- Adjust email filters: Create a filter or rule in your email settings to route all emails from @therookies.co to your inbox.
- Check your spam/junk regularly: If you don’t see our messages, check these folders and ensure they are marked as safe.
