Preparing Now

While we build the Career Hub, here's how to get ready:

1. Build your portfolio Your Rookies profile is your portfolio. Upload your best work, add breakdowns, and show your process. Studios want to see how you think, not just what you make.

2. Complete your journey Progress through the levels in My Journey. The skills and habits you build as a Debut, Player, and Contender directly prepare you for Rookie-level professional work.

3. Make connections Engage with the community. Give feedback, participate in challenges, join Discord discussions. The people you meet now may be your colleagues - or your referrals - later.

4. Research the industry Start learning about the studios and companies you'd love to work for. Follow their work, understand their pipelines, and create projects that align with what they do.
