For Recruiters

The Rookies makes it easy for recruiters to discover talent and engage with the community. Use our Find Talent feature to search for emerging artists based on their skills, achievements, and locations. You can also reach out to members directly if they’ve opted to receive employment opportunities.

Beyond scouting, recruiters are encouraged to host webinars, provide feedback, and share job openings with the community through Discord.
