Sourcing and selecting the perfect candidates for studios offering Career Opportunities—such as internships, mentorships, or entry-level positions—is our top priority. Below is an outline of the process to help you understand each step involved:

1. Studio Brief

We require a comprehensive brief from your team that outlines the roles you are looking to fill. This brief should include:

• Position details (e.g., internship, mentorship, entry-level role).
• Candidate requirements and expectations.
• Any specific eligibility criteria, such as location or skillset.

2. Judging Process

Lead Judges

Lead Judges are involved from the beginning of the submission period, working to shortlist top entries for each category.

Finalist Judges

Finalist Judges take part in the second round of judging and are responsible for:

• Reviewing the shortlisted entries.
• Evaluating finalists for each category.
• Selecting their Top 5 entrants in order of preference, ensuring candidates align with your team’s needs.

Note: As a studio sponsor, the judges you nominate play a key role in selecting candidates who match your production requirements.

3. Winner Announcement

Once your winning candidates have been selected for your Career Opportunities, we will:

• Publicly announce the winners on our platform and social media channels.
• Formally introduce you to the winners and assist with a smooth handover process.
